This 4 GB kit" BL2KIT25664BA1336 is listed as compatible withg the Intel DP45SG motherboard. However, the voltage specification is 1.8. I "borrowed" a 4GB kit of DDR3-1333 Patriot 2.0-volt memory from a working Asus motherboard, and the Intel motherboard will not boot or even POST. It just sits there - no beeps, nothing. Intel tells me the DP45SG motherboard supports ONLY 1.5-volt memory. I'd like to use the BL2KIT25664BA1336 kit (I prefer heat spreaders and would like the 6-6-6-20 timing vs. 9-9-9-24), but I do not want to purchase memory that will not work in this motherboard. Unlike Asus and Gigabyte motherboards, I believe that Intels do not have a BIOS setting for DRAM voltage (at least my DG45ID does not).

My Crucial memeory defaulted to 999 24 timings @ 1.5 volts.
Did you use Crucials online mobo match thing? I didnt see your mobo in the list, I used your numbers maybe there are some I am missing.
If it is listed here then Crucial guarantees it to work with your mobo.
It is on the top right on their main page.

I'm using Intel DP45SG motherboard.
I got this kit BL2KIT12864BA1336, it is 6-6-6-20 at 1333Mhz and 1.8v, but the mobo doesn't boot, it gives 3 beep (no memory). If we set the configuration to automatic, it will stay at 8-8-8-20 at 1067Mhz and 1.55V.
Why is this not working properly? I just got this, instead of the regular ones, thinking that I was going for extreme performance.
Thks
