I've seen it suggested that disabling trim and/or write cache can help temporarily. As a more permanent solution, the new firmware is meant to be out this month.

This is so incredibly frustrating. I'm about to return this drive for a different SSD. I have attempted both updating the BIOS and disabling LPM. I still get periodic freezes with bluescreen crashes from a "kernel inpage error."
This is killing me because I am on a Lenovo X200 tablet that I use to take notes in class. When it freezes up during class, I lose the notes taken prior to the freeze.
Any other suggestions??
Thanks for all of the help guys.

There should be a new firmware out in the next few week, hopefully that will address these issues

Firmware coming out shortly that will hopefully address this issue, just wait a little bit before you decide to throw anything out

Attention: The Intel LPM freeze-up are not solved with firmware 007. You must still disbale LPM in the registry when you have upgraded your C300 to version 007 and your C300 is connected on Port 0 or 1 (P67 Chipset) that runs in SATAIII-6G-Mode!

If anyone is running a P67 Asus board try enabeling HOT SWAP in the Bios for the port your SSD is on. My freezes did not fix with the 007 firmware but changing this setting has given me a day of no issues so far and hopefully this has fixed it. This issue is also reported in another forum where a user with a different brand drive had hte same issues. Seems to follow the Asus boards. Hope this helps.
