Today morning when I see SMART for Crucial C300 64GB in CrystalDiskInfo attribute AD (173 in HDSentinel) was raw value 1 but on next day this raw value is 2. Is this attribute life-critical for the SSD?
And second question: is there a SMART viewer for Crucial SSD drive only, which show life-critical status?
Sorry for my bad English
Thanks for help

That means u have about 128GB files written on your drive. Stop running benchmark xD

Very fast answer!
I know, today and yesterday I run AS SSD Benchmark about 7 times, but I think this is not life-critical for SSD?
Increase this raw value for one step means write on SSD 128GB data?

both AS SSD and CDM use very big writes for their respective tests, some people won't even use them for this reason, me not so much, i use them both regularly

I don't know about AS but CDM, unless you change the default, does 4 x 1 gb tests 5 times. That's 20gb a go. Intel class that as a days use in 1 benchmark.
So on tech with a limited rewrite lifespan it's not a good idea to do several benchmarks a day or anything. It's natural to need to do it a few times while you're first setting the drive up or changing anything (like the recent firmware) but once sorted you shouldn;t need to benchmark often, if ever.
Does anyone have the mart info layout for the C300? I have the M225 info but not the C300. Does CDI know it or?

Yeah? The M225's were until recently too I spose. We got the meanings of 'em all a year ago though due to a slip up by another drive manufacturer.
It's kinda of a strange world where the meaning of your diagnostic info is protected by an NDA.
