I've had my 16GB Crucial USB/flash drive for over 6 months now and there has never been a problem with it (I use it with my windows vista laptop). That is, there was never a problem until 2 days ago. I only use the Crucial flash drive for pictures, and 2 days ago, I connected to the USB port and the computer wouldn't recognize it. I've tried connecting it to different computers as well, and all of a sudden no computer is recognizing it. Also, when it is connected it begins to heat up... What happened? Can this be fixed without costing me too much money?
All my pics are uploaded to the internet so I technically didn't lose my pictures, but how can I get the USB to work? Can I recover the pictures that are on the flashdrive?
