My Gizmo stopped working recently. It says there is no more room, but all files have been sent to the trash. Any ideas for a solution?

You may simply need to reformat the drive. If that doesn't solve the problem, or if you're not able to reformat it, we will replace the drive for you. Please contact our Customer Support department or use the links on our RMA page to request an exchange. Be sure to use the proper link for your location, and reference this thread so they can see the troubleshooting you have done.

Please follow these instructions to format your flash device using Windows.
1. Open My Computer and right click on the drive letter/icon corresponding to the flash device.
2. From the pop out menu select 'Format'
3. In the Format window select the following, File System = FAT32, Allocation Size = Default, Volume Label = <Type a name of choice>, Quick Format Box = Unchecked.
4. Click start.
5. You will then receive a message when formatting is complete.
Please follow these instructions to format your Flash device using OS 10.
1. Select the "Finder"
2. Select "Applications"
3. Select "Utilities"
4. Select "Disk Utilities"
5. Select the flash device i.e. Flash card, USB Drive etc
6. Select "Erase"
I hope this helps!
