Problem with my memory card

My memory card does not seem to be working on my computer. I've tried to find the chat feature on the website, but Crucial has done a pretty good job in hiding it. It's not right that you have hold times of up to 30 minutes on the phone and then when you try to find the chat that's advertised during the hold time, nothing is available.

Upon clicking your location, click "More Contact Options" and then there will be a "Click to Chat Live".
