Good Morning:
My 8GB Crucial USB drive is no longer working. It's been like a champ since I bought it (2 months ago maybe), but now on three computers (2 Macs and a PC) when I insert the drive into the computer, there's no flashing blue light, and it's never mounted.
I think its dead.
How does one get a replacement from Crucial under warranty replacement?
Thanks in advance for your time
John
Edit: Added from Crucial.

I hope this is not indicitive of some new and inferior manufacturing process, but I've been through two drives now. I've had no trouble in years past with other Crucial USB drives (4GB all the way down to 128GB). But I purchased an 8GB drive about a year ago and it died as you described just about 2 months ago -- just dead - no indicator lights flash, no recognition from any computer. So I sent it in for Return / Exchange, recieved a new one and again today it died. Just out of the blue. I'm an IT professional and I know how to treat a drive. I don't abuse my parts. I'm going to send this one back as well and wait for a return, but if the next one dies I'm unfortunately going to have to start looking elsewhere for my flash drives.
