Unfortunately not - it wouldn't be technically possible. Aside from the architecture of a computer needing the RAM where it is, no connection in a home computer comes even close to the bandwidth of ram. So it would need a specialist connection for the expansion at the point of manufacturing the motherboard and if you were gonna do that I'd think you'd just have put more slots on the board.
IBM do make a board for their servers but they need a specialist connection and cost more than a new motherboard/cpu/ram upgrade would cost a home user!
