64GB c300 to 128GB m4 alignment?

About 1 year ago I did a clean install of Windows 7 on a 64 GB RealSSD c300, which has been working great but running short on space. I picked up a 128 GB m4 to replace it a couple days ago, and not wanting to bother with re-installing everything, I did a clone of the c300 to the m4, then resized the partition to make use of the larger drive. It seems to run fine, but I noticed the offset is set at 2048 kb rather than the 1024 I've heard about being the standard or recommended offset. Presumably this was automatically set when Windows originally installed on the c300, but I was wondering if this could be an issue on the m4. I'm also wondering if I should change the offset on the c300 (now empty, soon to be filled with Steam games if I can figure out how to install to two locations - I hear it is possible now).

As I said, everything seems to be working fine (although I haven't run any benchmarks), I'm just wondering if it is a potential problem and worth the trouble of changing. Thanks for any insights.

Any offset divisible by 4k is fine so 2048k is just as good as 1024k.
