Installed 0009 with no problem. My M4 512Gb still does read or write properly, could not install Snow Leopard for the original install disk. Made a copy of my HDD with SuperDuper and will not boot. Installed in USB Enclosure and the disk is working fine. Will call Crucial to get an exchange maybe a sata II drive. This M4 512Gb was guaranteed-compatible with my Macbook Pro.

if apple listed it as compatible...do you have an apple outlet near by, with a resident tech to check it out?

No Crucial listed it as guaranteed compatible. Apple will only accept their SSD which is sata II

The increase in numbers is beautiful.. but, anyone else notice a fairly large jump in write access time (effectively doubling)? Just checking if this is normal or my system - tested few times and it's not changing.

what are you benching with?

My AS-SSD scores are about the same overall, including the access times, though my sequential read is being limited by the SATA2/iastor I have it on.

the dosmcli.exe tool, is there a document on how to use the --secure-erase feature that seems to be part of the tool?
002 to 009 was successful but would like to wipe the drive and ensure no lingering issues before rebuilding my system.
