I have a M4 CT064M4SSD2 (ver 009) running WIN 7 Pro 64 bit. I have downloaded the firmware and whenver I run it, I get to the License screen, I accept it and the computer restarts to wiundows without going through the utility process.
I do not have any drive passwords in the BIOS and I can't get it to run. The system is about 5 months old - no extravagent add ons - AS Rock Z68 board running Intel i3 CPU.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues upgrading the firmware on this SSD drive.
I would recommend changing the drive to IDE in BIOS before trying the update again, it would also be good if you could try the other upgrade method using a bootable CD to run the firmware upgrade.
