Hi, I have an eMachine's D620 (which, rather shamefully, I acquired at Tesco) - I can with 1gb of RAM, and can scarecly get out of bed in the mornings.
I would like to get more RAM for it, but there doesn't seem to be a match on the Crucial webiste. the only model number I can find is MS2257 - which is not an option. Maybe it's a Tesco special, but can anyway confirm what kind of RAM will work?
Also - is it possible to fit more than 1gb extra? I would like to buy more, but understand that it will only ever accomodate 2gb
Many thanks
Sam

Hi samaardvark,
According to the information I can find, this eMachines will support up to 4GB of memory, although it may require a BIOS upgrade (which you can get from eMachines/Gateway). The following kit should be suitable for you:

If you have any issues, just let us know.
