Can you make a generic post that can be given to every initial post when new users post with questions/problems?! It should include links to FAQs (like how to install memory in laptops/desktops), (how to test memory), (where to contact Crucial Customer Service), (Crucial Moderators' Policies on how to use the forum, how/when Mods will respond, etc), (how to install SSDs) etc. Many posters seem to feel that Crucial takes too long to respond to posts. Adding a generic post covering issues for that forum channel could be an easy way to show that you are watching and it will give them some direction to find answers on their own. So many of the posts are repeat questions, because the users don't read through the forums, they just ask for help. I think this will give a more responsive face to Crucial and in turn will allow users to feel they are being attended to.
