I ordered Factory reconditioned m4 128GB hard drive on 5/15. I got an email from Paypal on 5/18 stating that my payment to crucial.com did not complete. I contacted Crucial customer service to find out my order was cancelled due to Crucial taking too many order.
I didn't even recieved an email from Crucial explaining about their mistake. I had to learn from Paypal email and call Crucial to figure out what happened to my order. I understand mistake happens, but I also belive that companies should take ownership of their mistake and offer something to customers.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive notification. We did try to contact all customers whose orders were cancelled after the inventory of the recertified drive ran out.
