Order doesn't appear in my Order History

I recently received my order, but thanks to some unforeseen problem, I have to return it.
As I understand it, I need an RMA number. I paid via pay-pal, so didn't create an account when ordering, so I created one now. After completion, I proceeded to the next step of the RMA number-generation process - selecting my order from the history.
Because I paid by paypal and didn't create an account here at crucial while doing so, my order doesn't show up in my account's order history. So I can't choose it from the list. So I can't get an RMA number. So I can't return the memory...
I've looked through the forums and the FAQ but can't work out how to associate my order with my account.
Help, please? (Order no. 24613815)

Interesting...
When you apply for an RMA number, and it shows you your list of past orders, below the text saying "none found", it says 'back'. You'd think this would take you back a page, but it doesn't - instead it takes you to a page that permits you to enter your order no/batch no/material code or whatever and you can proceed from there.
It isn't particularly obvious that you can do this. Not good, crucial, not good...
Anyway, I've managed to get my RMA request in. Problem solved.
