Hello, I recently requested a return due to a defective memory stick. I received 2 emails, 1 detailing the replacement order and another detailing the instructions to return the defective memory stick. I am from the UK so the return would be through royal mail, I am confused about the second email. In the second email there was a link to an RMA label that I can put on the envelope, however there is no mention of freepost on that label which differs from the information in the email. This is where I am confused as I have no idea whether I need to pay for postage or if I can send with the RMA label and not pay for it.
