I sent my request for RMA number on Sunday, 11/1/2009. I recieved a confirmation email stating that this RMA number would be coming in a second email  shortly but this has still not been received. How long does this generally take or should I have already recieved it.  Thanks.

The RMA email is usually sent out within 24 hours. I will try to have a copy of the email sent to you today. Please let me know if you don't receive the second one either.
