Im trying to do a RMA request from Chile for an 1x16gb ddr4 Crucial CT16G4DFD824A.C16FBR1 , but there's is no shipping option for Chile, the ram is malfunctioning, it doesn't give any display, tried both slots, then tried a different ram, and worked, yes the ram. How i can do an RMA request from Chile if there's no shipping option?

@messerluiss Thanks for contacting us today. I am sorry for the confusion with returning your RAM and the RAM malfunctioning. Are you part of a business or are you a consumer? If you are a consumer you would need to set up the return through the company that you purchased the RAM with. For returns and orders to Chile you would have to be a business. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
