Still waiting for RMA

Hi I sent my faulty memory back to your a few weeks ago and have heard nothing since or had any replacement memory. The RMA #40995490.
Can someone advise as I need this urgently.

I also sent in my RMA and haven't heard anything or even received a confirmation email stating that they received it and are working on it. How long are we supposed to operate at a diminished capacity until we get a replacement.? My RMA number was 40998501. UPS tracker shows you receiving it on the 8th, a week ago....

UPS tracking shows that your replacement memory was delivered to location "dock" this morning. Please verify with the receiving dock on your end that they have received the order. If they haven't please contact our Customer Service via phone or chat for the quickest possible resolution.

I show that your replacement memory has been shipped out to you, and the fact that you have not received it concerns me. OK Cheched my private message and their is a converstaion which has nothing to do with me, it's been weeks now and still no memeory. I have had to order memory from a diffrent company as you dont evan have a UK contact number. Can you refund the amount I paid for this or at very least if you say its been deliverd provide proof of this.
