returned macbook aluminum memory with RMA

Hi,
I took my macbook to apple store because of problems waking up from sleep. The apple genius ran some tests on it and said it was a problem with memory. I upgraded my memory the day I bought my macbook last october, at the campus apple store. I took my bad memory (2 X 2GB module) into the campus store and they asked me to return it to crucial. I applied for an RMA and returned it to crucial and they received it yesterday ( I tracked the shipment). Do any of you know how long it will be before my memory will be replaced? I really need the memory quick because I use my computer a lot for graphics and data analysis.
The RMA# is 41001816.

Hi biomorph,
Provided there are no problems and the replacement parts are in stock, the RMA turnaround time is usually pretty quick.
I have checked the status of your replacement order and can confirm it shipped yesterday. You should now have received a confirmation email, with tracking number so you can check the delivery progress on the courier's website.

I didnt receive the email with the tracking number. Could you please send it again? I even checked my junk mail.

You might have sent me the wrong email by mistake. The email you sent me gives me instructions to send my package to crucial. I already sent my package and you received it on Friday. I still haven't received the email with the tracking info for my replacement RAM. Thanks

That's a little strange, you should have received a copy of the tracking email as well. After investigating the situation a bit further I have sent over the tracking information via Private Mesage here in the forum, rather than trying to email you again. I apologize for the delays earlier.
